* It is important to note that floral arrangements and/or baskets are hand made using nature's wonderful gifts, seasonal and regional conditions may affect availability, size, quantity of flowers, color variations on products, and could vary from the products display on our website.

*Due to covid, our suppliers have experienced shortages and closings in some of their areas affecting our side of the business although we've been doing the best we possible can in regard to substitutions and provide you with the best quality flowers.

 If a substitution is required, we follow strict guidelines to maintain the same *Look and Feel* of the item that you have chosen, and a substitution will be of equal or greater value to ensure customer satisfaction.
